TSX-V CONDITIONAL LISTING APPROVAL

On August 10, 2023, and following a thorough application review process, the Company received a formal letter from the TSX-V confirming that its Common Shares have been conditionally approved for listing, subject to meeting the final requirements of the Exchange, including certain final documentation.
